Find your yoga journey....

I started yoga in 2010 and since then my passion has been to nurture and empower individuals as a facilitator of yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, offering tools to promote an optimum level of wellbeing both mentally and physically. I thrive on assisting each individual on their path of personal growth and transformation.

I believe that when we are true to ourselves this creates more space and freedom in the mind as we feel less bogged down by stagnant energy and thoughts. When we nurture our minds and bodies through conscious, mindful living and therapeutic yoga practices to manage daily struggles, we create space for empowerment and self-worth to thrive.

A regular practice of both the physical and mental aspects of yoga has helped me manage periods of anxiety especially after a 10 year relationship broke down with our young daughter in the middle. If I can help others find a way through their struggles through the tools I’ve learnt, I’ll be one happy lady!

40 hour Yoga for Cancer training with Yoga By Nature

580 hour Yoga Therapy Diploma with The Minded Institute

Yoga Alliance RYT200 hour teaching qualification through Yoga London which is recognised internationally

I have attended numerous anatomy workshops for continuous development in this area
