5 LIVE yoga classes are hosted weekly at a variety of times (see schedule) and class descriptions below:
rise & shine w/ meditation is a slow to wake up session with mindful movements to get the body stretched and ready for the day ahead. To finish there is a 10 minute meditation to reset the mind and move forwards with positive intention.
strength & surrender is kinda how it sounds! A strong vinyasa flow with more stretchy bits at the end.
midday movement is to get bums off seats because if you’re anything like me you walk to the fridge and back and don’t really stop for a proper lunch break and certainly don’t move and stretch. The body and mind will thank you.
energise & awaken is about starting the day with intention. Expect conscious movements and breath work working on muscular engagement to awaken the mind and body.
power 40 (used to be power 30) is designed to heat the body. It’s the weekend! Whether the week has been draining or uplifting, this is about working up a sweat and leaving that all behind.
Caveat: each week the class of each description will be the same so the body gets used to the poses and gets a clearer understanding each time you get on the mat. Every Monday we start afresh with new sequences.
